Vocationally Focused Services

Our Vocationally Focused Services are designed to support individuals in clarifying suitable employment pathways, developing practical job search tools, and strengthening the skills needed for today’s workforce. Through services such as Transferable Skills Analysis, Job Coaching & Job Search Support, and our Work Simulation and Digital Skills Training, we assess strengths, identify opportunities, and build readiness based on current labour market demands.

Transferable Skills Analysis - TSA: Includes claimant interview, functional/medical file review and analysis, in depth labour market research and detailed vocational profile. Provides 2-3 direct- entry job options (if available) and detailed analysis with vocational rehabilitation potential summary.

Job Coaching and Job Search Support: Includes in depth claimant interview, administration of interest inventories/related measures, the development of an individual skills profile, along with establishing suitable job targets based on labour market information. Includes customized resume and cover letter and the necessary tools, strategies and resources to proceed independently. End to end reporting and communication.

Work Simulation and Digital Skills Training: Offered as either a stand-alone or embedded service, this stream focuses on building core digital literacy skills (i.e., computer use, digital communication, document creation, navigation of common workplace software such as MS Office, along with problem-solving and research). Strengthening these universal skills uniquely positions clients to participate in structured, tailored work-simulation activities, ultimately supporting vocational readiness, skill transferability, and improved confidence in returning to sustainable employment.
