  • We review referral information, functional details, and client history to determine the most appropriate service pathway and develop a tailored plan that aligns with return-to-work or disability management goals.

  • Timeframes vary by stream, but many services, such as Transferable Skills Analyses and structured behavioural pathways, have defined assessment and reporting timelines designed for efficiency and progression. A referral confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Yes, we provide clear, concise reporting throughout the service delivery to keep insurers, employers, and individuals aligned on progress, observations, and recommended next steps.
