NEW WORK SIMULATION AND DIGITAL SKILLS TRAINING

Offered as either a stand-alone or embedded service, this stream focuses on building core digital literacy skills and structured exposure to work-related tasks. Service elements may include digital communication, document creation, navigation of workplace software such as MS Office, along with problem-solving and research. Strengthening these universal skills uniquely positions clients to participate in structured, tailored work-simulation activities, ultimately supporting vocational readiness, skill transferability, and improved confidence in returning to sustainable employment. End to end reporting and communication.

EARLY INTERVENTION REACTIVATION SERVICES

A short-term, structured program that equips clients with practical skills to manage workplace challenges, build functional capacity, and sustain work demands. This program focuses on enhancing physical and cognitive readiness while addressing non-medical and psychosocial barriers to support both staying at work and a successful return-to-work plan. Final reporting and communication provided, aligning with referral objectives.

REACTIVATION CARE PATHWAYS

Following an initial assessment, an individualized program is

developed to address functional, psychosocial, and vocational barriers. Each pathway offers a distinct level of intervention based on the client's needs and return-to-work (RTW) goal:

  • Kinection ReActivate: Designed for clients preparing to return to their own occupation; emphasizes gradual reactivation, symptom management, and functional capacity building.

  • Kinection ReEntry: Combines behavioural and vocational interventions for clients aiming to return to an alternate occupation, focusing on functional restoration and job transition readiness.

  • NEW Kinection ReActivate - CBT: Includes all core elements of the ReActivate Program, with the added benefit of concurrent short-term Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) delivered through a cohesive multi-disciplinary approach. This integrated model is designed to support return-to-work readiness while developing the necessary skills for long-term functional and behavioural stability.

REHABILITATION CONSULTATION SERVICES

Services begin with an initial client interview and a thorough analysis of medical information, client-reported symptoms, functional participation, and occupational history. This assessment aims to determine vocational rehabilitation potential and develop a tailored treatment plan to address barriers to return to work (RTW). We also coordinate and monitor appropriate treatments, ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration among insurers, employers, clients, and physicians. Our services include RTW coordination when appropriate, facilitating a smooth transition back to the workplace.
